Premier League free agents 2025 - the ones to watch
Kevin De Bruyne is undoubtedly one of the biggest names on this list, with the Belgian ending his 10-year spell with Manchester City this summer.
The 33-year-old looks poised to start a new chapter in Italy, with an agreement with Serie A champions Napoli said to be close.
Another is Trent Alexander-Arnold, who has confirmed his Liverpool exit ahead of a reported move to Real Madrid.
Three names to keep an eye on are the striking trio of Dominic Calvert-Lewin, Michail Antonio and Callum Wilson who are all proven in the top flight and could hand clubs a huge boost with a free move, particularly with a number of clubs chasing a No9 this summer.
The same can be said for experienced operators James Milner and Jorginho, while it remains to be seen whether Tyrick Mitchell signs a new deal with FA Cup winners Crystal Palace.
Kieran Tierney is following Jorginho out of Arsenal but the Gunners are expected to agree a new deal for regular starter Thomas Partey.
A number of Everton players won't be following them to their new stadium next season, with Calvert-Lewin joined by the likes of Ashley Young, Abdoulaye Doucoure and Michael Keane on out-of-contract list. Seamus Coleman is set to remain though with a potential role in the offing.

The Premier League is not the only place some exciting free moves can be struck as a number of football's biggest names out of contract this summer.
None are bigger than Cristiano Ronaldo, whose Al-Nassr contract expires at the end of June, with the Portuguese icon desperate for a move to a club participating at the Club World Cup, allowing him to compete in one final tournament.
You can check out the latest odds for Ronaldo's next club here, with Sporting Lisbon, Al-Hilal and Botafogo the current favourites.
Leroy Sane is reportedly the subject of interest from Tottenham, with the former Man City winger out-of-contract after playing more of a bit-part role at Bayern Munich in 2024/25.
Meanwhile, both Angel Gomes and Jonathan David are poised to leave Lille, while Jonathan Tah should also depart Bayer Leverkusen with a number of clubs chasing all three.
