Welshman Gerwyn Price leads the pack chasing the top two, with Nathan Aspinall and seven-time winner Michael van Gerwen also firmly in the hunt to be crowned the Premier League 2025 champion.
Rob Cross and Chris Dobey are next in line, with Stephen Bunting priced as the underdog with odds of 150/1 - despite picking up a nightly win in Berlin.
Night 13 - Birmingham odds
Ahead of the action in Birmingham, Luke Littler, who is currently among the front-runners to win this year's Sports Personality of the Year Award, is odds-on to get past Stephen Bunting in their quarter-final. The teenager comes into the evening off the back of a surprising quarter-final defeat to Michael van Gerwen in Liverpool, where he had led 4-0 before being pegged back.
MVG went on to lose to Luke Humphries in the semi-final, and will be hoping to get past Rob Cross in Birmingham in order to reclaim his top-four spot, with the Dutchman currently outside the play-off places on nightly wins.
Week 12's winner was a resurgent Gerwyn Price, with the Welshman putting in three dominant displays to pick up his third nightly win of the season. 'The Iceman' dispatched of Luke Humphries in the final, and he'll have to defeat the world number one again if he wants to claim any more points, with the pair meeting in the opening round in Birmingham.
Elsewhere, Nathan Aspinall and Chris Dobey - both among the favourites to win the 2026 PDC World Championships - also face-off in the quarter-finals, with the former looking to solidify his place in the top four as he launches an unlikely play-off push.
