Ahead of the 2024/25 Champions League quarter-final second leg between Aston Villa and PSG, the experts at Ladbrokes share their top betting tips.

The first leg saw PSG, who are among the favourites to win this year's Champions League, run out 3-1 winners, scoring a third in stoppage time that could yet prove to be decisive, but Aston Villa will believe they can turn it around at Villa Park, where they haven't lost in the Champions League all season.

Below are Ladbrokes' top betting tips for PSG vs Aston Villa tonight, with the bookies backing Kvaratskhelia to score again.

Khvicha Kvaratskhelia to score anytime

With all the focus on Ousmane Dembele thanks to the Frenchman's red-hot form, Khvicha Kvaratskhelia went slightly under the radar in the build up to last week's first leg in Paris - but that certainly won't be the case now.

After a sensational first-leg performance which included a breathtaking goal early in the second half, the Georgian winger has shown exactly why PSG splashed the cash to bring him to the French capital, and after tormenting both Matty Cash and Axel Disasi last week, Ladbrokes is backing Kvaratskhelia to find the net again.

As Villa push to close the two-goal gap, more space is likely to open up for the PSG attackers, with the Villa full backs bombing on to support attacks - leaving the hosts susceptible to fast breaks.

Matty Cash to be carded

The Aston Villa right back was substituted at half time in the quarter-final first leg in Paris after picking up a yellow card inside the first 20 minutes, and with another difficult night ahead as Kvaratskhelia, Dembele and Désiré Doué face him up, we're backing another card for him here.

Cash is likely to start after Axel Disasi, his replacement, was caught out within minutes of coming on last week, but with the Poland international always keen to join the attacks, there will be space left behind him at times - and when that space is exposed, Cash may have no choice but to bring his winger down.

Whoever is out on the PSG left will see a lot of the ball, facing Cash up and looking to go past him as much as possible, and it only takes one poor tackle for the referee to show the Villa full back his second yellow in as many Champions League games.

Achraf Hakimi to win 2+ tackles

From one right back to another, Ladbrokes is backing PSG's Achraf Hakimi to win 2+ tackles when Villa host PSG on Tuesday night. The full back captained his side in last week's quarter-final first leg, and is having a storming season down the PSG right, proving effective at both ends of the pitch.

Despite not making a single tackle in the first leg, Hakimi is surely in for a trickier evening as Villa look to throw everything at the PSG backline, with the hosts often choosing to attack down their left-hand side with the likes of Marcus Rashford and Lucas Digne.

Hakimi's first job at Villa Park will be to contain his winger, whoever that may be, and the Moroccan will be determined to stand strong as the French champions look to progress to their second semi-final in as many years. While PSG are likely to dominate possession, Villa's fast attacks could catch them out, and Hakimi's defensive ability may prove pivotal.

Aston Villa to win on the night

This Champions League quarter-final second leg is set up to be a cracking game, with Aston Villa knowing anything less than a two-goal win will see them knocked out of the competition - but PSG are unlikely to change their fast-paced, fluid approach.

Aston Villa have been unbeatable at Villa Park in this season's UCL, winning five and drawing one of their six home games so far, and Ladbrokes is backing the Premier League outfit to register another impressive win here - even if it doesn't see them progress to the semis.

A two-goal victory is a tall ask for Unai Emery's side, especially as PSG have scored in 27 of their last 28 games, but Villa are formidable at home, with wins over the likes of Bayern Munich and Man City this season. That being said, both of those wins were by a one-goal margin, and Ladbrokes expects to see the same outcome here - meaning PSG go through.
